Dignity Community Care has been established on the back of personal experiences caring for elderly parents with varying health and social care needs. Caring for and supporting the needs of those that have given so much of their lives working hard to give us a better future is the driver behind what we do as an organization and the services we provide.
Our team has over 20 years of experience in delivering personal home care, this has helped develop our services so that we are able to provide much-needed support, assistance, and respite to people who are struggling to manage their own daily lives.
We don’t just view our service users as clients, for us, they are someone who we have a duty of care for. We want to make sure that we provide the best possible care and support, and in doing so making the daily lives of our clients as comfortable and fulfilling as possible.
Every client is unique, with their own physical and emotional needs, we ensure, that we have the capability to cater for all needs. Our staff are as diverse as the clients that we serve and support in terms of ethnicity, gender, religion, age, social background, and life experiences.
We make sure that we go that ‘extra mile’ in delivering our care services, through regular reviews with our staff and clients we ensure the needs of our clients and staff are being met.

OUR AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

We aim to provide a client-centered service with a high sense of responsibility for the service-users that we provide care and support, ensuring that they are safe, comfortable and can live a fulfilling life as possible within their own homes.
To ensure we achieve our aim and deliver the best service possible we strive to achieve some key objectives:

  • Ensure our staff are well trained and supported to provide the best services possible and reflect the diversity of our service-users.
  • To provide a service that is based on the needs of the service-user both in general and where there are specific specialist needs, ensuring we encourage and support their lifestyle and independence.
  • To ensure that we provide equality of opportunity for both staff and service-users and their needs and values are respected in relation to their beliefs, religion, cultural, race or ethnic origin, sexuality or sexual orientation and disabilities or impairments. We will always match the carer with the needs of the service user.
  • To ensure that our services are delivered flexibly attending to and respecting service-users rights to independence, informed choices, and their privacy; within the framework agreed with commissioners and contractual agreements.
